To further strengthen the foundation of the company's integrity and compliance construction and enhance the integrity awareness of employees in key areas and positions, the Audit and Supervision Center organized a Clean Governance Warning Meeting for the Engineering Department on the afternoon of January 20, 2025. The training adopted a "Tongxiang Main Venue + Video Sub-venues" format to ensure wide participation from engineering employees, providing an essential pre-holiday lesson on integrity.
At the beginning of the meeting, Zhao Yan, Head of the Supervision Department, analyzed negative cases to sound the alarm on self-discipline for the attendees. Zhao emphasized that everyone must take these cases as a warning, remain vigilant, exercise power fairly, in accordance with regulations, and with integrity.
Subsequently, Chen Jianyang, General Manager of the Civil Engineering Center, made a statement. He expressed that employees in critical positions bear great responsibility and must fulfill their duties, firmly upholding the integrity baseline. He stressed the need to strengthen management and supervision, continuously improve systems and mechanisms, and plug loopholes to prevent and curb corruption.
In the integrity training session, Qin Fuchao, an audit supervisor from the Supervision Department, elaborated on the company's clear requirements for employees' integrity, starting from the company's integrity culture and regulations. Using typical cases from the engineering field, he warned attendees against any form of misconduct, emphasizing that any violation of integrity rules would be dealt with seriously.
Through the sessions of case warnings, statements, and integrity training, the meeting further disseminated the company's integrity culture and anti-corruption policies, embedding the awareness of integrity deep into employees' minds. Looking ahead, the company will continue to strengthen integrity education and supervisory management, fostering a clean and upright working environment, and safeguarding the company's long-term development.
